If you’ve ever been told you are tone deaf or uncoordinated, I’m here to tell you that everyone has the potential to grow their musical abilities. As a co-founder and CEO of Pulsar Music, with a doctorate in piano performance and pedagogy, I have founded the Pulsar Music Academy to share my love for music.
At Pulsar Music, we make it our mission to inspire and develop the musical talents of our participants and students and guiding them toward unforeseen heights of personal achievement weather they learn music for fun or exploring potential careers in music.

Dr. Dmitrii Paniukov, with his academic qualifications, including a doctorate in cognitive psychology and neuroscience and a master's in educational technology, combines deep coding, statistical, data science, and AI skills to drive educational advancements. His notable tenure at Alberta Children's Hospital involved pioneering research into children’s brain development, which he then skillfully applied at the University of Toronto to transform medical imaging with AI, bridging neuroscience and tech innovation in healthcare.
Now, as the co-founder and Head of Technology at Pulsar Music, Dr. Paniukov leads the development of innovative software solutions that enhance experiences for participants and students in our academy, leveraging his extensive expertise to foster educational excellence.
